Document delivery service (LLD)

For registered users we supply articles and books that are not available in our Library. We deliver your requested items as quickly and cheap as possible.

Notes:

Articles can only be delivered as paper copies. An exception is the free-of-charge electronic delivery of articles from printed journals stored at our Main Library and Heidelberg University Library for scientific staff at the UMM, that we choose if the reqirements are met.
Please search the online catalogue before placing an order.
Articles from printed journals stored at our Main Library and the Institute/Clinic Libraries will be copied for UMM staff. For Non-UMM-staff bound volumes before volume 1985 (no free access) and from Institute/Clinic Libraries are provided for self copying.

Electronic ordering service for journal articles and books in selected German libraries (subject to charges).
Costs: from €6.50 per copy of an article; delivery time one to three days (on working days); registration required; payment on receipt of invoice or by credit card.
