A pay machine is once again available in the entrance area of the library to pay library fees.

You can pay your fees (including partial fees) at the pay machine. Please note: You can also pay with notes, but you will only receive coins back.

If you would like to top up your print credit, please go to the information desk. We will debit your print account (min. 5 euros), then you settle it at the ticket machine.

For LLD orders, you will be informed about costs, estimated delivery time and collection by e-mail. To pay the costs, go to the information desk. We will debit your library account with the appropriate amount, then you pay this in at the pay machine. Please hand in the receipt at the counter afterwards. Only then will the order be processed.
