Transcriptomics

Next generation sequencing based transcriptome analysis allows genome wide monitoring of gene expression. Due to the dynamic nature of the transcriptome, the experimental setup plays a critical role. The level of transcriptome complexity for a given species determines the number of samples that can be pooled in one experimental run.
