The FlowCore offers:

Every 1st Thursday of the month, 11-12 am, a consultation hour on analyzing your FACS data.

Do you have general flow issues? Controls, isotype controls, gating, compensation issues, hierarchical gating, mean fluorescence intensity, …, come, bring your data and discuss them with us and your colleagues.

We will not cover biostatistics (for instance high-dimensional analysis) and specific FlowJo problems there, but plan to prepare a work space (for instance slack), that highly specific topics can be discussed there.

Please book in advance via Email – with a short note about what you want to discuss that we can seek information in advance if necessary.
