The information desk is staffed from monday to thursday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m, friday until 5. p.m. The library staff can also be reached via the contact form, via E-Mail (bibliothek@medma.uni-heidelberg.de) or by phone (+49 (0) 621/383 3700).
Via the Book a Librarian page you can arrange individual consultation appointments of about 30 minutes each on various topics, e.g. on reference management and research. The link is also available on our homepage.
At the information desk you will find further information material (e.g. on the courses offered by the library) and the list for the group workroom on the ground floor, which requires a reservation.
Due to the current situation, only a maximum of 4 people are allowed to be in this group workroom at the same time.
