Materials and surfaces for directed stem cell differentiation

In my project, I am focused on the fabrication of cell environments of different size, stiffness, and morphology to direct stem cell differentiation. Therefore, we are working on direct laser writing (DLW) by two-photon-polymerization (2PP), which uses the absorption of two near-infrared (NIR) photons initiating the polymerization of inks with high precision and control on the microscale.
