Dr. Henning Rudolf

Henning Rudolf studied chemistry at the University of Heidelberg. During his dissertation and doctoral course in the research group of Professor Comba at the University of Heidelberg, he developed new ligands based on the bispidin motif for the complexation of copper-64 and its potential use as a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent. From 2015 to 2019, he was head of laboratory and production at Water-i.d. in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, where he developed new reagents and measuring methods for water analysis up to market maturity. He was also involved in the development of portable photometers until market launch. In addition to managing the laboratory and production, he was also responsible for EHS/compliance and company support. Since July 2019, he has been working as a Postdoc on gallium-68 radiolabeled heterobivalent peptide radioligands (HBPLs), on fluorine-18 labelled tracers for the FAP (Fibroplast activation antigen) and is also responsible for the synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals for preclinical studies.
